We ship worldwide to most destinations, including Canada, the United States, Europe, and select markets in Asia and Oceania. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Where it ships from

Orders ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS Express. Shipping direct from the maker lets us skip the warehouse hop and get the device to you faster.

Pricing transparency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We do not add hidden fees after checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by UPS or your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 days via UPS Express from the date your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable window after tracking shows it as shipped, contact us and we will help investigate with UPS.
