Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. Payment data (card information) is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers.

Why we collect it

We use this information to process and ship your order, communicate about your order and order status, handle returns or warranty claims, and comply with our legal obligations. We require a phone number for shipping providers and customs clearance.

Stripe (payment processing)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.

Consent

By placing an order or submitting a contact form you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting us.

Retention

We retain order records for the period required by Canadian tax and consumer protection law (currently 6 years). Marketing contacts may be retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics & cookies

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or retargeting pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). The only third-party data processor involved in your visit is Stripe for payment processing.

Access, correction & deletion
